We use Aramex to deliver customers’ parcel. Also, our customers can choose to pick up in our store at 104b Lansford Crescent, Avondale, Auckland. We are open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, from Monday to Saturday.
Yes, we provide nationwide shipment. The shipment cost varies by different regions that defined by Aramex.
Once we send our customers’ order out, they will receive an Email with a tracking number. They can track their parcel status from the link below: https://www.aramex.co.nz/tools/track/
Normally, our customer can except their order to be delivered within three working days in Auckland while five working days national wide. But there could have exceptions due to different reasons. Please contact us at 09-8209218 or visit https://www.aramex.co.nz for more information if you feel your order is delayed
We accept Debit/Visa card, Bank Transfer and Cash in store.
No, Afterpay is not available at the moment.
